Mrs. James Tanner died at her home two miles east of Brownsdale last Sunday morning after an illness of about 2 weeks. Mrs. Tanner was dearly loved by all who knew her. It can be truly said that she was full of "good works". No one could associate with her without being made better by association. She was unselfish, always mindful of those about her, especially kind and thoughtful of the poor. She will be greatly missed by the community. The funeral services were held last Tuesday at their home.
