Ervin A. Derenne, 86, of 1902 W. Zander Rd., Mishicot, entered into eternal rest Thursday evening, Sept. 19, 2013, at the Aurora BayCare Medicial Center of Green Bay. Ervin was born Oct. 6, 1926. in the town of Red River. to the late Victor and Anna VanDenAvond Derenne and has been a lifelong area resident. He served his country in the United States Navy. He married the former Margaret Barrette Oct. 1, 1949, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Kewaunee. Ervin owned and operated the family farm in the town of Gibson for many years, and also worked for various other company's. He was a member of St. Isidore the Farmer Catholic Church in Tisch Mills. He enjoyed attending many auctions, and eating at the A&W in Reedsville, on a weekly basis with his friends. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.Ervin is survived by his wife, Margaret; seven sons and five daughters-in-law, Thomas (Irene), Green Bay; Kenneth, Mishicot; Donald (Debra), Suprize, Ariz.; Ervin Jr., Green Bay; Craig (Karla), Mishicot; James (Mary), St. Joseph, Ill.; and Kevin (Renee), Manitowoc; three daughters and sons-in-law, Gail (Dale) Wery, Townsend; Debra (Alan) Collard, Mishicot; Deanne (Curtis) Schultz, Kewaunee; 13 grandchildren, Karen Collard (special friend, Eric Bratz), Kimberly Kasten (special friend, Alex Quandt), Dean (Jackie) Collard, David Collard, Brittany Derenne, Damien Derenne, Tyler Derenne, Melanie Derenne, Dalton and Zane Derenne, Charles, Anna, and Benjamin Schultz; six great-grandchildren, Dominic, DJ, and Dawson Collard, Kendra Perez, Ethan Perez and Caleigh Klunck; one brother-in-law, Tony Barrette, Kewaunee; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his father-in-law, and mother-in-law, Anton and Lucy Barrette; and by his sister and brother-in-law, Alice and LeRoy Robinson; and an infant brother, John.Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be held at St. Isidore the Farmer Catholic Church, in Tisch Mills, with burial to follow in the parish cemetery.
