Joyce was involved around horses and her love for thoses beautiful animals. Her love for horses started as a child when her father was stationed in Puerto Rico. She turned her passion into a career as she bred and trained American Saddlebreds. She sold and shipped them all over the world and was one of the first to ship them to South Africa.
