Mrs. Alcinda Louder, aged 82, who formerly resided with her son, J. Roy Louder, of 4901 Highland Park Avenue, died at the house of a niece, Mrs. Ralph Copenhaver, near Mifflintown, on Friday after a long illness. She was born on Dec. 22, 1850.
