SHAMROCK - Gladys Loyd, 92, died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2005, in Guymon, Okla.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Shamrock Cemetery with the Rev. Z.A. Myers, pastor of Assembly of God Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Loyd was born Aug. 28, 1913, in Logan County, Ark. She married Jacob Granville Loyd on Dec. 29, 1940, in Sayre, Okla.
Survivors include three grandchildren, Michael Moore of Boyd, Terry Moore of Guymon and Paul Moore of Floydada; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

∼Gladys married Jacob Granville Loyd on Dec 29, 1940 in Sayre, OK. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1983 and by her daughter, Anita, in 1984. She is survived by three grandsons, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Gladys was a resident of Dunaway Manor Nursing Home at Guymon, OK at the time of her passing. She had a sweet smile and soft blue eyes, and she loved the Lord.
