He was born at Ringgold, the son of Jacob H. and Susan (Barkdoll) Snowberger, and lived most of his life in Waynesboro. He learned his trade as a moulder at the Geiser Company and had been employed in the local shops. His last place of employment was at Zentmyer's Foundry in Hagerstown.
Surviving are five children: Albert W. Snowberger, Mrs. Scott Bingaman, Charles B. Snowberger, Herman C. Snowberger and Paul G. Snowberger, all of Waynesboro; and thirteen grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Grove funeral home in charge of the Rev. George L. Detweiler. Burial will be made in Green Hill cemetery.
