Mrs. Elizabeth L. Bovey, 74, of 504 Meadowview Circle, Greencastle, was dead on arrival at Chambersburg Hospital Saturday morning of a heart attack.
Born April 10, 1904 near State Line, she was a daughter of Charles C. and Rebecca (Lingamfelter) Barnhart.
She was a member of the Antrim Brethren in Christ Church.
She is survived by her husband, Lester F. Bovey; one daughter, Mrs. Joel Wenger, Greencastle RD 3; one son, Franklin E. Stockslager, Greencastle; two sisters, Mrs. Howard Hollinger, Shady Grove; Miss Amanda Barnhart, Greencastle RD 4; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Antrim Brethren in Christ Church, with the Rev. Wilbur Benner and the Rev. Harvey Musser officiating. Burial will be in Brwon's Mill Cemetery, Kauffman Station.
Friends may call at the Minnich-Miller Funeral Home, Greencastle, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and at the church one hour prior to the services Tuesday.
