He spent most of his childhood on a farm in Lanark. After the death of his father he moved to Dingle when his mother remarried McKay Seymour Lindsay. He graduated from Bear Lake High School in 1970. Kevin had a talent for fixing things, and went to Idaho State Technical School to become a heavy duty mechanic. He married Karen Lindsay on April 30, 1971 and lived for nine years in Aberdeen, Idaho, where he worked at the Ford Motor garage, before returning to Bear Lake. He worked for many years in the mines in Soda Springs. Kevin had a love of the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, fishing, being a prankster, playing horseshoes, poker and pool, and hanging out at the VFW. Keven had a secret talent for writing, and wrote some humorous poems that showed his softer side. He will be missed; he was one of a kind. "Not to worry!"
He is survived by his wife Karen Kulicke, his daughter Erica (Robert) Holley of Boise, and son Kelly Kulicke of Preston. He also has six grandchildren: Meghan and Ian Holley, Devon, Derrek, Jaden, Bryer Kulicke; mother Twilla Lindsay, brothers: Keith Kulicke, Allen (Lynn) Kulicke, Merlin (Melissa) Kulicke, LaNita (Kim) Steely; stepbrothers and sister: Merlin (Karen) Lindsay, Donovan (Kristine) Lindsay, Shelia Lindsay. And beloved Uncle Max Kulicke of Paris. He was preceded in death by his father, Warner William "Tobe" Kulicke, stepfather, McKay Seymour Lindsay, and a stepbrother Robert McKay Lindsay
Kevin's family would like to thank all those who have supported him during his trials with donations of money, kind deeds, thoughts and prayers. They were greatly appreciated.
Funeral services will be Saturday Sept. 7, at the Montpelier Second Ward building on Eighth Street. Condolences will be accepted by the family prior to the service from noon to 12:45 p.m. With service to follow at 1 p.m.
