At age 61, Sharon passed away on July 15, 2004. Her life both began and ended her life Dallas, Tx. She was born on Jan 25, 1943 to W.C. and Louise Johnson. Her parents and her -in-laws, A.L. and Lois Rhodes, Preceded her in death. As a child, she accepted Christ as her Savior; she and her father were baptized together. A graduate of Sunset High School in 1961, she married Ronnie Rhodes on Jan 6,1961. A loving wife and mother, Sharon was dedicated and committed to Ronnie and their 3 children. She especially enjoyed and loved her four grandchildren; the grandchildren shared an equal amount of love and adoration for "Mommo". Being fond of children, Sharon enjoyed working at W.E. Greiner Middle School for many years and retired in 2003. Sharon had many dear friends from her years at Greiner. Survivors include Ronnie, her husband of 43 years; Troy & Katie Rhodes (son and daughter-in-law); Denise Rhodes (daughter); Rhonda & Jason Hillner (daughter and son-in-law); grandchildren, Shelby & Ethan Rhodes and Lauren & Lindsey Hillner; brother, Jimmie and Brenda Johnson; niece, Nicole Johnson. She will be greatly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, family & friends
