Arnold Evans Jennings was born May 9, 1911 in Shannon County, MO to Homer Dee and Dorothy Frances (Stringer) Jennings. He passed away October 16, 1997 at the Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, MO at the age of 86 years.
He was united in marriage to Saphronia Shelton on April 13, 1935 at Eminence, MO. To this union three children were born.
Arnold is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Jerry; and one infant brother.
He is survived by his wife, Saphronia of Eminence, MO; one son, Dee Jennings of Odessa, MO; one daughter, Joyce Bueter of Prescott, AZ; one sister, Thelma Oxidene of Salt Lake City, UT; 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one great - great granddaughter.
Arnold attended the Eminence Church of God of Prophecy. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services were held at 3:00 pm Saturday, October 18, 1997 at the Duncan Funeral Chapel in Eminence.
