Funeral will be 11 a.m. today at Christ Wesleyan Church with Dr. Gordon Miller officiating. Burial will be in Guilford Memorial Park.
A native of Greensboro, she was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge 14. She had been employed several years ago at Mock Judson Hoisery Mill in Greensboro and Cone Memorial Hospital Housekeeping Dept.
She is survived by a son, Charles F. O'Brien Jr. of Jekyll Island, Ga.; brothers, Ben Little of Franklinville and Norman Holder of Greensboro; sister, Lucy Walker of Greensboro
grandchildren, Susan Williams of Cumming, Ga., Robin Vandiver of Wheaton, Ill., Charles F. O'Brien III of Asheboro and Scarlet Fucetola of Jekyll Island, Ga.; and 12 great-grandchildren. Mrs. O'Brien was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. O'Brien and her daughter, Judith O'Brien Blackwell.
