Kathryn Louise Wilbur, age 88, of Sandown NH, died on September 13, 2013, at Parkland Medical Center in Derry NH, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Simpson County KY, a daughter of the late Dewey Strickler and Viola (Finn) Strickler.
Kathryn loved painting and crocheting and in later years enjoyed jigsaw puzzles. She was proud of the fact that in her life she was able to visit all 50 states and especially enjoyed spending time in Alaska.
Kathryn leaves her loving husband John M. Wilbur, Sr., of Sandown NH; son John M. Wilbur, Jr., and wife Marie of Shippensburg PA; daughter Dianne Cascadden and husband Creg of Derry NH; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters Joyce Miller and husband Roy of Eaton GA, and Ruby Glenn Kirby of McAllen TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Puritan Lawn Cemetery, 185
Lake Street, Peabody MA. Arrangements by Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Derry NH.
