Cassandra Raines White, 78, died from complication at 8 a.m. Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hessie Hyett, in Mahomet. Daughter of Phillip Raines and Julia Ann Morgan. She was united in marriage to John K. White, in Mahomet, March 27, 1879. To this union 10 children were born. Funeral services will be held Friday with Rev. C.D. Robertson, M.E. pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Mahomet Cemetery.
