Funeral for Leslie F. Coen, 77, 204 N. 10th, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of the Brethren, the Rev. Lynn C. Sifrit officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery.
Mr. Coen died June 16, 1990, at his home.
Born Oct. 22, 1912, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, he married Opal I. Hamill Oct. 20, 1940, in Garden City. She died Dec. 3, 1989.
He lived in Garden City since 1920, moving from Iowa, and worked as a mechanic for the Kansas State University experiment farm for 10 1/2 years, retiring in 1974. Before that, he worked for Burtis Implement Co.
He was a member of the Church of the Brethren, RSVP, was a volunteer at the Senior Center for five years and belonged to Ambucs.
Survivors include a daughter, Wanda K. Becker, Sublette; and three brothers, Glen Coen, Pershing Manor, Harvey Coen, 2707 N. 7th, and Francis Coen, Canon City, Colo.
