Michael Ray Foland, 54, of Connersville, passed away Friday, September 13, 2013, at Fayette Regional Health System.
He was born April 16, 1959 in Richmond, Indiana, the son of Arlie Foland and Dorothy Allen Riggs.
On September 5, 1986, he was married to Dixie G. Dawson Bunch of Connersville in Milton, Indiana.
He was employed as a crane operator with Richmond Recycling Center; on the side, he also enjoyed doing body work at Taylor's Auto Body Shop in Dublin, Indiana. In his leisure, he enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his wife Dixie of Connersville, four children, Gary W. Bunch and his wife Lori of Everton, Indiana, Angela Maupin and her husband Mike of Greensburg, Indiana, Caroline Pitcher and her companion David Maupin of Cambridge City, Indiana and Cliflene Foland of Connersville, twenty grandchildren, Whitney, Alison and Shelby Pitcher, Mackenzie, Alyssia, Michael, Trisha, Justin and Nici Maupin, Areona and Michael Wren, Cody, Caitlin, Jenna, Jacob and Lucas Bunch, Caleb Fuesler, Kaitlyn Rose, Teesha and Alexandria Magana, three sisters, Michelle Patterson and her husband Jack of Pershing, Indiana, Flora Boyd of Cambridge City and Debbie Pitcher of Connersville, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Dottie Rose, and infant sibling, Cliflene Dawn Foland.
Funeral Services will be conducted 11 AM Thursday, September 19, 2013, at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home; burial will be Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City.
