NOTE: There is a copy of Frank's birth certificate showing his date of birth as 20 Feb 1879 in the Virginia birth index, filed out by his step-mother (Sarah Frances Gibson) later in life, but his WW I Draft Registration says 20 Feb 1884. So you have to choose which dob to use.
