~~Mr. F.M. Boland Dead. An Old Citizen of Phenix City Dies Suddenly.
~Mr. F.M. Boland, aged 69, died suddenly at his residence, No. 107 Thomas avenue, Phenix City, yesterday at half past three o'clock. The cause of his death was heart disease.
~Mr. Boland has been in bad health for three months, although he was as well as usual up to the time of his time of his death. Shortly before his death he had been in the dining room, walked into his bed room, and sinking into a chair, died in three minutes.
~Mr. Boland is survived by his wife and four children, Misses Lizzie E. Boland and Mary J. Boland, Mrs. Mattie E. Fontie and Mr. Andrew F. Boland, all of Phenix City. Mr. Boland was an earnest and consistent member of Broad street Methodist church, Columbus, and was a true Christian.
~The funeral services will be conducted at his late residence by Rev. C.T. Clark at two o'clock this afternoon. The interment will be in Linwood cemetery.
