Mr. Holloway died Tuesday, June 8, 2004, at his home.
Born in Algood on Nov. 6, 1928, he was the son of the late David Howard and Eula Simons Holloway.
Mr. Holloway was a retired salesman with Carlen Motors and a member of Jefferson Avenue Church of Christ, where he served as a deacon. He was also a former member of the Civitan Club and Jaycees and was a Red Cross volunteer.
His family includes his wife, Hazel Huddleston Holloway of Cookeville; a son and daughterinlaw, Michael and Martha Holloway of Cookeville; a daughter, Sandy Lee Holloway of Nashville; a brother and sisterinlaw, Bob H. and Gwen Holloway of Cookeville; brothersinlaw, Steve Huddleston of Atlanta, Ga., and Don and Norma Huddleston of Knoxville; two grandchildren, Jason and Joshua Holloway; and several nieces and nephews.
