She was born Sept. 18, 1911, in Larned, the daughter of Amos C. and Edith I. Huffman Schreiber. She attended school in Larned. She was a resident of Hutchinson since 195, moving from Allen County.
She belonged to First Church of God.
On Oct. 4, 1931, she married Frank E. Wilson in Larned. He died Dec. 24, 1967.
Survivors include: two sons, Glen "LaVerne" and wife, Carolyn, Lyndon, and Stephen E. and wife, Kathy, Hutchinson; two daughters: JoAnn Miller and husband, Bob, and Janet L. Fischer and husband, Dennis, all of Hutchinson; a brother, Clyde Schreiber, Hutchinson; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sons, and infant, Franklin Wayne and Harold A. Wilson; two brothers, John and Claude Schreiber; a sister Mabel Seifert; and a grandson, Donnie Joe Ward.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Rev. John Carney presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service time today at the funeral home. Interment will be in Eastside Cemetery, Hutchinson.
