COOKEVILLE -- Funeral services for Emma Jean Null, 62, of Cookeville, will
be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19, from the chapel of Whitson Funeral
Home.

Burial will be in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1-9 p.m. today, Wednesday, Nov. 18, at
the funeral home.

Mrs. Null was dead on arrival at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on
Tuesday, Nov. 17, 1998.

She was born on July 12, 1936, in Buffalo Valley to the late Sam and Cora
Francis Scarlet Dickens. Mrs. Null was a homemaker.

Her family includes two daughters and a son-in-law, Rhonda and Jeff Hunter
of Cookeville and Rita Webb of Livingston; two sons and a daughter-in-law,
James Null and Jeff and Kathy Null, all of Cookeville; a sister, Dean
Nevadonie of Ohio; a half sister, Reolla Messenger of Florida; two half
brothers, Tommy Dickens of Cookeville and Sam (Tootie) Dickens of Florida;
two grandsons, Reid Null and Patrick Webb; and a granddaughter, Carrie Webb.


In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband,
Willie James Null.
