He was preceded in death by his parents Millard and Lena Mae Poplin, brother Leeroy Poplin, and brothers-in-law Robert Clowers and Charles Goodson, Jr.
Survivors include wife, Bonnie Tomlin Poplin, sons, Matthew Scott Poplin and wife Angie, Jacob Storm Poplin, Skyler Kerr Poplin, daughter, Bailey Mae Poplin, grandchildren, Ashton Paige Poplin and Aly Paralee Poplin, sisters and brothers, Imojean and Ralph Potter, Ida Faye Goodson, Maxine Clowers, Linda and W.H. Ogle, Alda and Jack Thompson, Deanna Payne, Kaye and Don White, many nieces and nephews. In loving memory of his brother Leeroy and his surviving son Randy Poplin of OH.
