He passed away on June 22,2013 and is preceded in death by his parents, Bennie and Margaret Mullins. He is survived by his wife Sharon Dunning Mullins and his four children Clifford, Jr.,Frederick, Kelli, and Christopher Levi and his daughters in law, Valorie and Alicia and his son in law Russell, and his seven grandchildren. Clifford is also survived by seven sisters and one brother.
