Sarah Ann Moore was born February 15, 1855, in Pike County, Ohio, and departed this life June 21, 1930, at her home near LaCygne, Kan., at the age of 75 years, 4 months, and 6 days.

At an early age she was converted and joined the Baptist church. Her faith in her God has never wavered. She derived much comfort from a study of the Bible and had read both the New and Old Testaments through during this year.

She was married to A. G. Loveridge December 1, 1874. To this union two daughters were born, one dying in infancy. On December 31, 1890, she was married to James Russell. Three sons were born to them.

She leaves to mourn her departure her husband, James Russell; one daughter, Anna Perkins of Monte Vista, Colo; three sons, Ralph R. Russell of San Francisco, Calif., Clyde Russell and Clark Russell of LaCygne; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She also leaves one sister, Cordelia Hunter of Edna, Kan., and two brothers, David A. Moore of Long Bech Calif., and Charley D. Moore of Harrisonville, Mo. She was a kind and loving mother.

Down in my heart as the days have flown,
Nothing has been like the love you have shown,
Nothing that lives and so long endures,
Loyal and true like the love that was yours.
