Joanne is survived by her husband, Donald E. Willman; sons, William and Jay Bolinger; daughter, Teri McKenney; stepsons, Gregory and Jeffrey Willman; brother, Robert DeAtley; two grandchildren and five step-grandchildren.
Her first husband, David Bolinger, preceded her in death.
