Tecumseh resident A.T. Sales, 75, died Tuesday, Aug. 30, in Tecumseh.
He was born Jan. 14, 1930, in Wanette to Irving H. and Susan Lillian (Bates) Sales.
Sales served in the U.S. Marines from 1952 to 1954.
He was married Oct. 14, 1950, in Oklahoma City to Audrey Metcalf. He was raised in Asher and lived in Shawnee and Perkins from 1954 until 1983 when he moved to Tecumseh. He worked as an electrician for Brown and Root Electric. He also had worked in California, Utah, Tennessee and Arizona. He enjoyed bowling and golfing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ann Huckaby and brother, Perry White.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey, of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Lori Sales of Perkins; two daughters and one son-in-law, Cathy and Dan Hilgert of Stonewall and Debbie Sales of Tecumseh; two grandchildren, Jeremy T. Williams and Jeffrey Adam Sales; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Charles and Boneta Sales of Earlsboro and Oliver White of Vinita; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Bun Newby of McLoud; sister-in-law, Fay White of North Carolina; numerous other relatives and friends.
Service will be 10 a.m. today at Cooper Funeral Chapel with Pastor Mark Guinn officiating. Burial will be at Wanette Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
