Mrs. Phillips is survived by seven sons, J.C. Webb of Gordonsville, Calvin Phillips of Lebanon, Ernest H. Webb and Albert Phillips, both of Cookeville, Alvin N. Phillips of Ashland City, Norman R. Webb of Middleton, Mich., and Elbert M. Phillips of Smithville; four daughters, Mrs. Tennie Stewart of Baxter, Mrs. Ocie Wallace of Silver Point, Mrs. Alma Jones of Star City, Ind., and Mrs. Keeble Tucker of Cookeville; one brother, Claude Austin of California; 34 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
