Cyril F. Trent,66 died Saturday in an automobile accident two miles east of Kinsley,KS on US 50. The same accident took the life of his wife, Rhea. Cy was born Dec.20,1914 in Dodge City, KS to Frederick Martin and Gracie (Ditch) Trent. He was a farmer and truck driver and had lived in Dodge City all of his life.
He drove for WW Manufacturing for several years and also was a driver for other firms, including Mayrath Machinery and Speed King Mfg.
Cy and Rhea R. Crego were married on Dec. 23, 1933 at Cimarron, Ks.
He was survived by his won, two daughters, four brothers, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A double service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church.
Memorials to a scholarship fund at St. Mary of the Plains College.
