She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,Ford county Historical Society, and Relief Society, all of Dodge City,KS.

Survivors are sons, Larry(Norma)Torson of Dodge City, Victor,Jr(Patricia) Torson of Enid,Okla, brothers, Roland Myers of Offerle,KS and Henry Myers of Dodge City,KS.;7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchldren.
