Billy Lindsey Brooks, 74, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2013.
He was born in Anderson County, SC, and was the son of Inez (Darby) Brooks and Truman Brooks.
Billy served in the South Carolina National Guard for six years and was a former employee of Blair Mill.
Mr. Brooks is survived by his wife of 40 years, Faye Elaine (Mize) Brooks, daughters, Lisa Evatt, of Williamston, SC, Angela Rewis and Tammy O'Carroll, both of Georgia, son, Kenneth Brooks, of Pelzer, SC, sisters, Jackie Stewart, of Anderson, SC, Debbie Brock and Glenda Thomas, both of Belton, SC, brothers, Freddie Brooks, of Seneca, SC, Pete Brooks, of Belton, SC, and Danny Brooks, of Honea Path, SC.
He was preceded in death by his father, Truman Brooks.
