Early Life: Clayton was born April 8, 1920, in Highland, Utah, to Oscar Hurst Hall and Nida Mary Adamson Hall, firstborn of their 11 children.
Life's Work | Service | Interests: Clayton served his country honorably in the United States Navy during World War II in the South Pacific on the USS Copahee, an aircraft carrier and was awarded the Bronze Star. Clayton married Lucille Roundy and they had a baby son and a daughter. They later divorced. He then married Faye Fillmore and had a son and also divorced. On September 9, 1947, Clayton married his sweetheart of 62 years, Patricia Ann Hamilton, in Elko, Nevada. They had five children making a total of seven children together. They were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Logan Utah Temple. He was a carpenter by trade working on and building numerous schools. Clayton Oscar Hall passed away July 29, 2009 in Lehi, Utah surrounded by his loving family. He was 89.
Survived By: His wife, Patricia; children: Karen (Weston) Smedley, Idaho; Danny (Sue) Hall, Lehi; Charlene (David) Gardner, Provo; Mary Ann (Michael) Fraughton, Evanston; Phil (Kathy) Hall, St. George; Cindy (Gerald) Cook, American Fork; Ranae McCune (Greg) Lupus, Lindon; his sisters: Betty Hancock and Ella Mae Hanson; brothers: James, Robert, Jay and Keith Hall.
Preceded in Death By: His parents, sisters: Alta, Diane and Virginia; brother, Edmond; one baby boy, son-in-law, Weston Smedley; grandsons: Kurt Smedley and Adam Herrera.
