[Obituary] The Luverne Journal
Marvin Comer Hawkins,58, died Monday morning at his home in Luverne after an extended illness. Besides his widow,Mrs Susie Hawkins surviving are two sons. William Hawkins of Linden,Ala. and Comer Hawkins of Sylacauga,Ala. also a daughter Mrs.Stanley K Brooks of Columbus,Georgia funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock from the residence with Dr W.D. Agnew officiating, interment was in the Luverne Cemetery with Turner Bros. Funeral Home in charge.
