Rites Thurs. for William Kosier, 82
Wiliam Kosier, 82 , Route 1, Alvordton, died Sunday morning in the home of his son, Carson, in Pioneer, following a lengthy illness.
A retired farmer, Mr. Kosier was born in Kunkle, and had been a lifelong area resident.
A veteran of WWI, he was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle, in April 1973.
Surviving are four sons; Russell and Carson Kosier, Pioneer; Marshall, Kunkle, and Darold, Ridgeville Corners. Five daughters: Mrs. Herbert (Edna) Cline, Stryker,
Mrs. Homer (Dorothy)Parks, Montpelier, Mrs. BEtty Zuver, Kunkle, Mrs Ray Jr. (Nina) Zuver, and Mrs. Paul (Pauline) Gobel of Montpelier, 29 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and one brother Kenneth Kosier, Melbern and one sister Mrs. Ross (Mary) Kennedy, Edgergton.
Funeral Services will be at 1:30 pm Thursday at the Kunkle United Brethren and Burial will be in the Floral Grove Cemetery near Pioneer where the Pioneer American Legion Post will conduct graveside Military rites.
Friends may call at the Wilson-Greesey Funeral Home in Montpelier after 2 pm Tuesday and after 4 pm Wednesday.
