She had been employed at the offices of Santa Fe Railway Co. before marrying.
She was a member of the Highland park church of Christ.
She married Ralph Cain Dec. 24, 1926, at Topeka. he survives, at 2513 E. 25th.
Other survivors include two sons, C.W. Cain, 2940 Gage, and Paul Cain, 2614 Indiana; a daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Higbe, Ardmore, Okla.; four brothers, Noland Ice, 515 Horne, Lloyd Ice, 4631 S.E. 27th, Warren Ice, St. Joseph, Mo., and Darrell Ice, Pueblo, Colo.;two sisters, Mrs. Edith McComb, Osage City, and Mrs. Olive Hoffmeister, Route 1, Topeka; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Highland Park Church of Christ. Burial will beat Mount Hope Cemetery. Mrs Cain will lie in state until 9 p.m. Monday at Parker-Price Mortuary.
