Lois Phennel was born to James Curtis Phennel and Fannie Lou Boley March 17th 1922 in Louisiana. 1930 census Lois is 8 years old living with her parents and sister, Faye Phennel. Also living with them is Lois's Paternal Grandmother, Lizzie Neal Skipper Phennel Franklin and Zack Francis Franklin, her father's half brother. Lois married Mr. Stewart but I have no information regarding this union. She was 47 yrs old, married, a housewife and living in San Antonio Texas at the time of her death.
