Thomas Drake of Loudoun Co., Virginia, wrote his last Will on April 4, 1804; This will was probated on October 12, 1811, and lists: my beloved wife Urice Drake; my grandson James Heaton Drake; my son Thomas Drake; residue of my estate to be divided into 5 equal parts, and that each of my daughters Hannah Butcher, Tacy Combs, Deborah Richards may have a fifth part, and unto my said grandchildren that my daughter Susannah had by her first husband David Hopkins; my 3 grandchildren that my daughter Uru had by Daniel Glasscock; my daughter Susannah formerly Hopkins now Leonard; my wife Urie Drake and my sons Thomas and Jacob executrise and executors of this my last will and testament.
