Adams - Watkeys
The marriage of Miss Eva Clark Watkeys of Wiconisco, and Mr. Howard Adams of Williamstown, was solemnized Saturday evening, Nov. 1st, in the United Brethren parsonage of Williamstown. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Watkeys and has been employed as a clerk in the store of the Samuel Miller estate.

Eva C. Williams
Eva C. Williams, 73, Williamstown, died Saturday morning at Polyclinic Medical Center, Harrisburg.
Born in Wiconisco Oct. 30, 1906, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Amelia Howell Watkeys. Her husband, Howard A. Adams Sr., died in 1971.
She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Wiconisco.
Surviving are a son, Howard A. Jr., Williamstown; a daughter, Mrs. Blair Lubold, Williamstown; three brothers, Harold of Elizabethville, Edwin of Flourtown, and Horace of Norristown; a sister, Florence Pearce, Raleigh, N.C.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandhildren (sic).
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning from Steven Ladavat Funeral Home, Williamstown, by her pastor, the Rev. Joseph Brady. Interment will be Calvary United Methodist Cemetery, Wiconisco.
