CLINE, NEFF, of 89, of Jefferson City passed away 7:23 a.m. Saturday, December 26, 1998 at Life Care Center of Jefferson City after a lingering illness. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a prominent farmer and live stock dealer for many years. Preceded in death by wife, Una Ogle Cline; son, Frontis Cline, Jr.; and granddaughter; Michelle Cline. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Louise and Jack Noe of Maryville; daughter, Mary Ruth Cline Cameron of Talbott; granddaughter, Debbie Noe Motley of Maryville; grandsons, Wesley Kelley of Talbott, John Cline of New York, and David Cline of Oregon; four great granddaughters; and two great-grandsons; sister, Ruth Collins of Morristown; brother, D.P. Cline of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 8:00 p.m. Monday December 28, 1998 at Farrar Funeral Chapel with Reverend Chuck McGill officiating. Family and friends will gather 10:45 a.m. Tuesday December 29, 1998 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens Cemetery for a 11:00 a.m. interment service.
