EDITH LANDERS DIED AT CROWELL HOME
Mrs. Edith Landers, long-time resident of Washington county, died at the Crowell Memorial Home Monday. She was 85 years old.
Mrs. Landers was born November 28, 1881 in Illinois. Her husband, Edgar Landers, had preceded her in death. For many years they farmed in the DeSoto area southeast of Blair.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Adelaide Grieb, of Omaha, and by a son, Charles R. Landers of Pasadena, California.
A sister, Mrs. Martha Smith, of Tacoma, Washington, also survives.
Funeral services are being held today at the Campbell Mortuary and burial will be made in the Blair Cemetery.
