Death of Mrs. L. Edwards.
Mrs. Louisa Edwards, widow of the late Sug Edwards, died July 2, 1913, after an illness of several months of dropsy, at home near Fremont.

Deceased was 55 years of age, reared in Obion County. She was a Miss Mathews, married to Mr. Edwards, and of the union six sons survive, whose names appear in a card of thanks in this paper. She also leaves a sister and brother. Mr. Edwards died about six or seven years ago. Mrs. Edwards was a member of the Mount Olive Baptist Church, a tender, sweet-spirited mother, a good neighbor, friend, and exalted character, and to the bereaved family the kindest sympathy is extended.
Services were held at Antioch, conducted by Rev. Tom Moore.
