She worked 30 years for Guide Lamp Division of General Motors Corp., Anderson, before retiring. She was a member of Glenwood Baptist Church, Anderson. Mrs Wable also was a member and former secretary of United Auto Workers Local 663 and was a member of its Retirees Club.
Services: 11:30 am May 25 in Robert D Loose Funeral Home, South Chapel, Anderson, with calling from 5-8 pm May 24. Burial: Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was the widow of John J Wable. Survivors: daughters Lyn D Wable-Lutz, Sandra Wentzel; stepson John R Wable: sister Lorraine Edgell; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild.
