She was born in Davidson County, North Carolina, January 20, 1819. She came to Jonesboro in 1828 with her parents, Michael and Susannah Craver, whose home was on South Main Street, where she lived until she married Daniel D. Cover on June 28, 1840.
She moved to Anna in 1855. Her husband died February 14, 1878.
They had eight children; two sons and three daughters survived her:
