Mrs. Adam Simonis, 69, Delafield, a former Rosholt resident, died Saturday night at 11:45 at the Oconomowoc hospital.

In ill health for two years, she had been a hospital patient for two weeks before her death.

The former Miss Teckla Simonis was born in Rosholt on Nov. 17, 1885, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Simonis. She lived in Rosholt until her marriage to Adam Simonis on Nov. 5, 1906, at Knowlton.

The couple lived in Knowlton for 10 years after their marriage, moved to Dousman where they resided for another 10 years, and then settled in Delafield, where they had lived since.

Mrs. Simonis is survived by her husband; five sons, Alfred, at home; James, Okauchee, Leo, Oconomowoc, Arden, New York, and Norman, Delafield; a daughter, Mrs. Hugh Roberts, Delafield; 19 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Racie Helback, Plover and six brothers, Peter Simonis, Milwaukee, Joseph, Elcho, Frank, Wisconsin Rapids, Wendell, Schofield, and Alex and Anthony, Rosholt.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at Delafield.
