Dortha L. Schoolcraft
SCHOOLCRAFT, Dortha L. Boggs, 78, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Tuesday, November 6, 2007, in the Peterson Hospital, Wheeling.
She was born September 20, 1929, in Stumptown, W.Va., daughter of the late Victor and Della Stevenson Boggs.
Mrs. Schoolcraft was a Baptist by faith; and a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Helen Marcellus; and a brother, Oles Boggs.
Surviving are her children, Richard (Alice) Schoolcraft of Wheeling, Kathy (Mike) Sabinski of Shadyside, Ohio, John (Judy) Schoolcraft, Jr. of Wheeling and James Schoolcraft of Bridgeport, Ohio; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews; four brothers, Guy (Betty) Boggs of Five Forks, W.Va., John (Phyllis) Boggs, Adrian (Linda) Boggs, all of Wheeling and Don (Ethel) Boggs of Warwood; and a sister-in-law, Lou Boggs of Uniontown, Pa.
There will be no visitation.
Funeral services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements by the Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger Street, Elm Grove, Wheeling.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wheeling Soup Kitchen, 1610 Eoff Street, Wheeling, WV 26003.
