HOPKINSVILLE — James Kenneth Daniel, 83, Grey Fox Court, died at 2:26 this morning, Sept. 16, 2004, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home, Hopkinsville, with Ronnie Cottrell and the Rev. Larry Dale Combs officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Bainbridge Grove Church Cemetery.
A native of Christian County, he was born March 14, 1921, the son of the late Bernard and Verdie Parrish Daniel. He was retired from the Kentucky Department of Highways, was a farmer and a member of Bainbridge Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Birttie Jane Steele Daniel; three daughters, Janice Goodwin, Hopkinsville, Wanda McCord, the county, Carol Rieg, Live Oak, Fla.; a sister, Kathleen Brashears, Cerulean, nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
