KENTON, O., April 1 - (INS) George S. Berlien, 69, a retired farmer, was dead here today, victim of a heart attack.
Berlien, who served two terms as county commissioner, two terms as county sheriff and four years as the county infirmary director, acted as the first old-age pension administrator for Hardin-co.
The widow and a son, Frank, Columbus, survive.
