John Oliver Brawn, 58 died at the Town Farm, Water St. He was born in Topsham in 1886, he son of Edward and Mary Helen Courson Brawn. He was a painter in trade.
Surviving are his wife Edith Deschenes Brawn of Brunswick, three daughters Mrs. Helen Goodnow, and Eva Brawn of Brunswick and Gertrude of New York, NY. Four sons John, Clarence, Harry all of Brunswick and Luville who is overseas. Three brothers Edward of Topsham, Roland of Hartford, Conn. and ten grandchildren.
Funeral services were held t St. Johns Church Monday and interment was at St. Johns Cemetery
