MRS. FRANK ABBOTT
Olive Abbott, wife of Frank Abbott, of Sugar Grove, died yesterday morning at 11:15 o'clock at the W. C. A. hospital in Jamestown, at the age of 47 years. Funeral services in her memory will be held Friday afternoon at the M. E. church in Sugar Grove at 2 o'clock, preceded by a private prayer service at the home at 1:30 o'clock.
Mrs. Abbott leaves, besides her husband, one daughter, Miss Ruth, who is a teacher in the Jamestown high school; one son, Ernest Abbott, at home, and her mother, Mrs. Etta Hatton, of Sugar Grove.
She had been the Sugar Grove correspondent of the Times-Mirror for many years. Before her marriage, she was a school teacher, and had substituted occasionally since that time. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, belonging to the Woman's Home Missionary Society and the Wimodausis class of that denomination. She was also active in the W. C. T. U.
