A funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16 at Macedonia Baptist Church at Newnan. The Rev. John Riley will officiate, and burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Newnan.
The family was receiving friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15.
Born May 29, 1955 in Pike County, Mr. Beckham lived in Coweta County most of his life. He was a graduate of Newnan High School, was a U.S. Navy veteran, and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. He was employed as a truck driver for Milliken and Company.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Denise Ward Beckham of Newnan; two daughters, Miss Stacy Beckham and Miss Cristy Beckham, both of Newnan; mother, Mrs. Myrtle Pearson Beckham, also of Newnan; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Dennis and Jo Beckham of Newnan and Ronnie Beckham of Grantville; four nieces and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry James Beckham.
