Services Set for Ex-Stark Crash Victim
WILMOT - Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Desvoignes funeral home at Mount Eaton for a former Wilmot man killed in a two-car crash Saturday near Athens, Ga.
Larry Lauren Kaser, 27, a former biology teacher at Dover High School who had been studying for his master's degree the past six months at Georgia State College, was killed in the crash. His wife, the former Jean Archinal of Mineral City, was reported in "critical" condition in General Hospital at Athens. She reportedly was the driver of the small foreign car in which the couple was riding. Details of the crash were not available. Mr. Kaser was born in Wilmot as was a member of United Methodist Church here. In addition to his widow, he is survived by his parents, Lauren Kaser of Wilmot and Mrs. Velma Kaser of Canton, and two sisters, Mrs. Elden Lawson of Columbus and Miss Lonnie Lee Kaser of Canton. Rev. Paul Douglas will officiate at services. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery here. Friends may call in the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
