He was a member of the UMWA Local 6673, and the Salina Reformed Church. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Margaret Schall King, two sons: Robert W., Apollo RD 4; William R., Avonmore RD 1; two daughters: Mrs. Ivan (Helen) May, Apollo RD 4; Mrs. Michael (Patricia) Almes, Indiana; two brothers: Howard R. King, Pittsburgh; Orville S. Garris, Detroit, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. Florence Johnston, Salina; five grand-children. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. today at the Daniel J.
